But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? I want a secure messaging app, should I use Telegram? However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
